Dan Leclerc Lecture on World War I - Thursday, November 1

Dan, an expert on WWI, will talk on WWI:  The End, the Failed Treaty, and the Enduring Legacies

The Lexington Veterans Association is hosting this event, so we really want to have a strong veteran turnout!

Annual Veterans Breakfast - Saturday, November 3

8:30-10:30 a.m.

Keilty Hall, St. Brigid’s Church

2001 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington

Sponsored by the Town Celebrations Committee, this breakfast is free to veterans.  Come and have a complimentary portrait taken next to your service flag.  Win a terrific door prize donated by local merchants.  Travel down memory lane and watch a slide show of local veterans as young soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines in their early days of military service.  Better yet, be part of it - see directions on the attached flyer.  Members of the Lexington Rotary serve a full breakfast prepared by Neillio’s.

On Veterans Day, Sunday, November 11, all activities center around Cary Hall.  There will be lots to do before the main ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m.  Please see attached calendar of events for the World War I Commemoration.
